APP Healthstream Modules
All APP applicants who are employees of stanford will be required to take healthstream modules as assigned by the Human Resources department.
If you are an APP applicant that is contracted to work for SHC/LPCH, including any SOM employees, you must complete the modules listed below. You have been provided your login and password by your credentialing coordinator. If you did not get one please contact your credentialing coordinator . Click here to go to the Healthstream website.
